Aambrosia
ABOUT
EVERY CLAIM
Carries a real citation.
EVERY COMPOUND
Carries an evidence grade.
EVERY DOLLAR
Comes from readers.
Anyone who has gone looking for real information about a compound knows the pattern: forty articles, one recycled rodent study, a dose no human would take, and a link to buy the thing. Almost everything written about supplements and performance is published by someone who profits when you believe it.
So we built the version we wanted to read: a place where the evidence behind a claim is stated up front, the citation is a real paper you can pull up, and nobody is trying to sell you a bottle at the end. Aambrosia makes money one way: readers pay for access. No ads, no sponsors, no supplement partnerships, no affiliate links.
WHAT’S INSIDE
More Ledger Than Magazine.
The articles explain the research. The library makes it useful.
Micronutrients, with dose reality checks.
Essential nutrients, plausible benefits, safety flags, and the gap between a study dose and real life.
Heat, cold, and vibration—without the hype.
A clearer look at exposure protocols, what human trials can support, and where the internet gets ahead of itself.
Superfoods, honestly ranked.
Nutrient density, real portions, contaminant flags, and nutrition records you can inspect for yourself.
Deep guides for a curious body.
Long-form articles across cognition, nutrition, recovery, and longevity—with sources, caveats, and useful next questions.
A
Strong human evidence. Multiple well-powered randomized trials in people, or meta-analyses of them, pointing the same way.
B
Moderate human evidence. At least one solid human randomized trial, or consistent results across several smaller ones.
C–E
Preliminary to unsupported. Human data may be thin, conflict, or not exist yet. We say so plainly.
Nutrition research is noisy. We would rather be corrected than trusted by default.
SOURCING
We do not fabricate citations.
Every reference is retrievable, named, and linked to a real paper, year, and identifier.
DISCLOSURE
We do not bury inconvenient data.
Small, short, conflicted, or industry-funded trials belong in the article—not a footnote.
SCOPE
We do not give medical advice.
We describe research. What you do with your body is a decision for you and a qualified clinician.
